Most installations are completed within 3–7 working days after your order. The fibre operator (Vuma, Octotel, etc.) schedules a technician for the line-pull, then we activate your service.

VoIP turns your internet into a phone line. Plug in any SIP-compatible IP phone (or use a softphone app on your laptop / cell) and you can make & receive calls anywhere in the world.
Yes — number porting takes 5–10 working days. We handle the paperwork with your old provider; you keep your number on our network.
Any reliable internet works (fibre, LTE, 5G). For best call quality we recommend at least 1 Mbps upload per concurrent call and a stable connection.
Your monthly subscription includes the included call-time bundle. Beyond that, calls are billed per second to local landlines, mobile and international destinations at competitive rates.
You receive a monthly invoice on the 1st of each month, due by the 7th. Invoices are emailed and also visible in your client portal.
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is the default. Use your invoice number as the payment reference. Cards and debit-orders can be arranged on request.
We send a friendly reminder on day 7. Service is suspended on day 14 if still unpaid; you can reactivate immediately by clearing the balance. No reconnection fee.
No long contracts. All ISP services are month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. Hosting and VoIP can be cancelled anytime via support ticket.

Yes — every ticket allows file attachments (screenshots, configuration files, etc.) up to 5 MB each. Both the original ticket and replies support attachments.
All tickets are visible in your client portal with their status (open, in progress, resolved). You’ll get email notifications on every reply.
